Your products will come to you via ACS Courier, at your nearest ACS point, all over Cyprus, sealed in one of our signature bags. Each delivery via ACS Courier has a unique tracking number and your package can be traced in case needed.
Please allow 2-3 working days for your delivery to be dispatched, since order placement. In case you wish to purchase a product marked as "PRE ORDER" and wish to know the exact delivery time, please contact us via phone or email and we will give you an estimate on when the product will be available in store, so it can be shipped to you or be held for pick up. Please note that we ship products on weekdays only and delivery may be delayed in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Here's what to do in case you are dissatisfied with your product. Notify us through message or by phone within 10 days of purchase, that you wish to return your item for an exchange. Then, please do return your item to our shop (in original condition & with tags on), using one of the many ACS Courier points in Cyprus or return the product in person. You will then have the option to exchange it for a different product from our store. Please note that return costs are paid by the customer and that shipping of the exchanged product will be on us!
